Orders and Acceptance

Pricing and Payment

Defense and Export Control Compliance
- Products may be subject to defense, security, export-control, or strategic-trade regulations.
- Customers shall not export, transfer, resell, or provide products to prohibited entities or jurisdictions.
- The Company may refuse transactions that violate applicable laws or security requirements.
Product Usage Restrictions
Customers shall not:
- Use products for unlawful activities.
- Modify safety systems without authorization.
- Reverse engineer proprietary hardware or software.
- Use products in a manner that threatens national security, public safety, or privacy rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, including:
- Designs
- Software
- Source code
- Documentation
- Trademarks

- Drone architectures
Software License
Where software is provided:
- A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted.
- Ownership remains with the Company.
- Customers may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer software without written permission.
Warranty
The Company warrants that products shall be free from manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from:
